The manual of my old-school fridge is thicker than this thing. A free Google search would give you more useful advice. I wish I spent $10 on something else.

I wouldn’t say I’m addicted to caffeine as much as some people I know but, after considering the fact that I can’t get going without my morning coffee I started to wonder why I needed it so bad. This book helped to explain what caffeine and why it’s so addictive and offered practical solutions on how to wean yourself off of it. I’m proud to say I’ve been able to skip my morning coffee now for three days. It’s been tough but, by employing some of the alternative solutions offered in the book instead of the coffee has really helped. If you find yourself relying on caffeinated beverages day-in-day-out I recommend you check this book out!

1.0 out of 5 stars Wasn't the biggest waste of time we've money but only because it's small and only 8 bucks.
There wasn't any guide to quitting. It's a basic overview of caffeine at best. The points aren't clearly articulated. I learned more about quitting caffeine from the book "sleep smarter". It has advice from a doctor about the process even though it's not dedicated to caffeine or addiction. Again there isn't even a process to quitting discussed in the ultimate guide, just a couple of wacky suggestions like add extra water to dilute your coffee while ignoring the watered down taste. There was plenty of info on what caffeine is, but the info on quitting was 1 chapter of about 5 pages large font triple spaced with extra space between paragraphs. The whole "book" could probably fit on 2 or 3 sheets of paper printed front and back. The only helpful info I found was that withdrawal symptoms could last 1 to 9 days.
Skip this one and look for something else is my advice.

I love to drink coffee but I'm afraid of caffeine addiction. And I purchased this book to get more information about this problem. In this book you can learn about the Primer to caffeine, the pluses and minuses of caffeine, caffeine and addiction, the best ways to break the habit and much more useful and important information. This book will help you to at least understand the boons and banes of caffeine, and how an excess off caffeine can do more harm than good. This book is well written and easy to read. All information is laid out in logically and easy to understand. I got much information on my questions on this topic. I found this book informative, actual and useful. I liked this book and would recommend it for those who want to overcome caffeine addiction. It is worth reading.
