OK, So I am probably the world’s worst cook. Even as a guy I am terrible at BBQ’ing. After trying just 2 of the recipes in The Tailgate Guru, I can tell you that the step by step direction makes it idiot proof, and if I can make a “Super Bowl” and a “Mushroom Spread” then ANYONE can.
